A Little About Me

Hi, I'm Kimberly Haggy, founder of The Gifted Girl Kim LLC.

I'm an app developer, author, and digital creator from Oklahoma. Before building apps, I built a career I've been proud of for over 10 years with the same company—a journey that taught me commitment, problem-solving, and the importance of showing up for people every day.

I'm also a proud single mom. One of my greatest joys has been watching my daughter grow into a hardworking college student who has earned a 4.0 GPA. Supporting her dreams reminds me daily that determination and kindness can open incredible doors.

Family has always been at the center of my life. I help care for my 77-year-old mother, and spending time with her has reinforced something I believe deeply: the little moments matter. Those experiences have inspired several of the apps I create, especially projects focused on families, memories, caregiving, and staying connected.

Life hasn't always been easy. During cancer treatment, I continued working while receiving chemotherapy because I wanted to keep moving forward one day at a time. That experience changed my perspective forever. It taught me that even in difficult seasons, hope, purpose, and determination can carry us farther than we imagine.

I didn't become an app developer because I always wanted to write software. I became one because I kept seeing problems people around me faced—and I wanted to build tools that could genuinely help.

Today, those lessons shape everything I build.

Whether it's an app that helps someone organize thousands of screenshots, supports a caregiver, encourages faith, helps people enjoy nature, or simply brings a smile to someone's face, every project begins with one question:

"How can this make someone's day just a little bit better?"

Outside of work, my best friend is my 7-year-old Siberian Husky, Snow. Snow has been by my side through many chapters of life and is never far away when I'm creating my next idea. If you've seen Snow Patrol, you've already met one of my biggest inspirations.

I also enjoy writing books, designing new apps, creating products for my Etsy shop, and dreaming about the next project that might help someone somewhere in the world.
